ASSISTANT MANAGER

Institution for Savings, one of the oldest, most successful community banks in the region, seeks an Assistant Manager for its full-service Rowley office. The ideal candidate will assist in staff supervision and training in all areas of teller operations, sales and customer service. Strong communications skills, professionalism and self-motivation are ideal skills for this key position.

PART-TIME REGISTERED SALES ASSISTANT

1820 Investment Services, located at the Institution for Savings, seeks an experienced, licensed, self-motivated, personable and energetic Sales Assistant to work closely with the Senior Investment Executive to provide customer service, administrative and sales support. Open new accounts, schedule appointments; maintain client files; prepare reports and correspondence; answer phones; and more. Series 7 and 63/66 licenses required; minimum 3 years experience in Sales Assistant or Operations capacity; exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills; positive, upbeat attitude; and ability to multi-task essential; knowledge of ACT a plus.

We pay 50% of medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligible for 401(k) from date of hire and pension plan after 2 years.

WEEKEND TELLERS

Institution for Savings, one of the oldest, most successful community banks in the region, is looking to fill multiple Weekend Teller positions to alternate between our 5 banking offices on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Prior applicable experience is preferred and the candidate must enjoy working with the public in a fast paced environment. Benefits are not available with these positions.
