Karen A. MacCormack
Senior Vice President, Residential and Commercial Lending

As Senior Vice President of Residential and Commercial Lending, Karen is charged with overseeing all aspects of lending operations and functions throughout the bank. With more than 25 years of experience in banking, Karen joined the Institution for Savings in 2007 when the bank merged with the Ipswich Co-operative Bank.

Prior to that, Karen was Vice President of Commercial Lending at the Ipswich Co-operative Bank. Karen has worked in the Ipswich community for more than a decade, working at the First National Bank of Ipswich and Boston Federal Savings Bank. A member of the Ipswich Family YMCA Board of Directors and the YMCA Finance Committee, Karen resides in Manchester by the Sea with her husband, Gerald and one son.
