Deposit Services Call Center Representative
Individuals in this position will be responsible for providing call/email support to customers and branch staff at our 2 Depot Square Ipswich Office. You will actively listen to, troubleshoot and resolve routine account-related requests such as inquiries about bank products and services, inquiries regarding account transactions, account balances, funds transfers, stop payments along with ancillary products including but not limited to Internet Banking, Bill Pay, Cash Management, Mobile Banking, ATM/Debit cards, and IVR. This position is full-time with fully paid medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as dollar for dollar 401(k) match up to 10%; life insurance; disability plan; and pension plan after 2 years of service.
