We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) that can float between the Bank’s offices on the North Shore. Duties include opening accounts, assisting customer with banking questions, resolving problems, responding promptly to customer needs and delivering a quality customer experience. Required skills include experience in customer service, teller tasks, cash handling, and excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Must be able to travel to various bank offices as needed.
