Why does the notice come from Texas?
Insurance-related notices may be processed and mailed through our insurance tracking service provider's operations center in Coppell, Texas, and may include a Texas return address. While the location may be unfamiliar, these notices are legitimate and are sent on behalf of Institution for Savings.
How do I provide proof of insurance?
You may submit a copy of your Declarations Page or other acceptable evidence of insurance by:
- Mailing it to the address listed on the notice
- Faxing it to the number listed on the notice
- Emailing it to the email address listed on the notice
- Uploading it through the website listed on the notice or by using the QR code provided on the notice
- Bringing a copy to any Institution for Savings office for forwarding to our Loan Servicing Department
